Cancellation/Return Policy

Introduction

Orders placed and delivered in India only are eligible for cancellation before shipping.
You can make your cancellation request in the following ways if the order for the item(s) you want to return has not yet been shipped:

Through the 'My Orders' section:

Access your account 'Orders' should be selected. Select "Order Details" next to the order you want to cancel. 'Cancel Item' should be clicked. Choose the item(s) in your order that you want to cancel, state your cancellation reason, and click "Confirm" > Your item(s) will be cancelled once you've submitted them, and your refund will be handled.

Through the Help Centre:

'Have a Concern' should be selected. Contact Us > "Make a Request" > Send us information about your order ID and your request to cancel an order. Within 24 hours, a support representative will review your question and respond.

By phone or email:

Send an email with your order ID and request for cancellation to our customer support team at support@nammmaoffer.com. Alternately, you can phone us at +91 965 544 9665 (Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday, 8 AM to 7 PM).

How long will it take for me to receive my money back for the cancelled orders?

When a shipment is cancelled prior to shipping, we process the refund within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request.
Once the products have been received and checked out at our warehouse, we process the refund in cases of cancellation after the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be handled to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us getting the products returned. It may take 2-3 more business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We will begin a bank transfer against the refund amount for cash on delivery transactions using the billing information you submitted. After we receive your bank account information via email along with the returned products, this process will be finished within 24 to 48 business hours. The money won't appear in your account for another two to three business days.
We also give you the hassle-free choice of having your money returned to your Jtech Shopy Wallet, which you can use to make future purchases.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns

How do I return anything I bought on Jtech Shopy? Orders from India: Customers of Jtech Shopy have access to a "Easy return policy," which allows them to seek the return or exchange of a product within 15 days of delivery. You may also submit a return request for some or all of the items in your order, and we will accept those as well. Step 1: Carry out one of the subsequent actions: Using the My Orders section: 'Orders' should be selected. Click Order, then "Have a Concern." Tell your return story now.
Using the Help Centre: 'Have a Concern' should be selected.'Submit a Request' should be selected. Send us information about your order ID and your desire to exchange, refund, or return your order. Please send us a picture of the item and the invoice for our records.
Within 15 business days of receiving the order, send an email to our customer service staff at support@nammmaoffer.com.
Step 2: After we receive your request, we will be in charge of picking up the item from you. Only if the products are delivered to us in their original packaging, complete with seals, labels, and barcodes, can we begin the refund or replacement procedure. Please Note: In the event of a replacement, stock availability governs the decision. If a replacement is not possible, we will reimburse your entire purchase price.
Orders from abroad/International Orders: Only products that are found to have been provided to the customer in a damaged or faulty state, that are expired, or that are the wrong product can be returned. These goods can only be returned unopened and sealed in their original packaging. [Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.]
If a return is accepted, Nykaa will either replace the broken, flawed, out-of-date, or incorrect item, or reimburse the purchase price in rupees. If the customer provides a copy of the customs receipt, the additional customs amount they paid to acquire the product will be repaid to them in the form of a refund coupon that they can use on their subsequent Jtech Shopy transaction.
Reminder: In the event of a replacement, stock must be available. We will provide you a complete refund in circumstances when a replacement might not be possible. Please see the next question for details on refund exclusions. What products are exempt from returns and exchanges? Returns are not permitted in the following circumstances:
• Misuse or excessive use has caused product harm.
• Returned items with broken original packaging or without the original price tags, labels, packing, freebies, or other accessories.
• Serial number has been altered.
• Products with flaws for which the seller's or manufacturer's warranty does not apply. • Product is put to use or changed.
• If the request is made 15 business days after the order was delivered. • Brand provides free stuff.
Ineligible Categories for Returns:
• Since customised products are ordered on demand and only accessible during specific promotions, such as lipstick, compacts, and mascara, they cannot be returned.
• Due to hygiene concerns, personal care appliances cannot be returned.
• Please be aware that unique return/exchange/refund policies can be in place during certain marketing campaigns or mega sale times. The promotion banner clearly displays information about this. Please feel free to contact our customer care if you require any clarification.
How should I proceed if I received the wrong or a damaged item from my order? Before they depart from our warehouse, all of our shipments go through stringent quality control procedures. However, in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit or during delivery, you can ask for a replacement or cancel your order and receive a refund.

When I return a product, do I also have to return the free gift? Yes. The free gift is a component of the item order and must be returned with the initially shipped item.
Can I return a portion of my purchase?
Yes. When placing an order for numerous items, you can start a return/replacement/refund for any specific item by creating a return at the item level. However, all parts of the product, as well as any freebies or additional items that came with it must be returned with any item that is being returned.
